This policy applies to all digital products sold on Mayuron Capitals, including indicators, expert advisors, and course materials.

1. Digital Product Nature

Since products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not available once download/access has been provided.

2. Exchange Window

For eligible paid purchases, we may offer a one-time exchange request within 30 days when the product has not been substantially used and the request is valid.

3. Non-Refund Cases

• Requests made after delivery and confirmed use.
• Cases where source files were already downloaded and retained.
• Issues caused by unsupported platforms not listed on product pages.

If you face a setup or compatibility issue, contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly with installation help.
